If a course isn’t useful for your role within 14 days of purchase, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll refund it in full — no forms, no reason required.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days of approval.
• Course access is removed once a refund is issued.
• There’s no restocking fee or partial refund — it’s the full price or nothing.

After 14 days

We don’t offer refunds after the 14-day window since our courses are self-paced digital products with lifetime access. If something’s gone wrong on our end (a technical issue preventing access, for example), contact us anyway — we’ll sort it out.

Digital products, no shipping

All Digital Skillings courses are delivered online. There is nothing to physically return.
